In the digital experience space, loyalty is king. Brands across industries aim to create frictionless experiences their customers will come back to again and again. My goal was to understand consumer sentiment toward digital experiences, where they were finding success, and where there were areas of opportunity so we could help our clients create loyalty-driving experiences.
